For one thing, this was posted from the Albuquerque Journal. As you may know, Second Chance is just a Narconon clone for prison inmates.

Second Chance has inexplicable support in New Mexico. Or maybe not, they came up with the bright idea to spend state money on talking urinal cakes. I'm not making this up!
Next, you might want to look at this.
http://tinyurl.com/2p4wzl Religious Technology Center, or RTC, pretty much runs Scientology and Narconon.
So, when they complained to Google about confidential church documents regarding the purif was posted there, they sent a letter of complaint, stating that these files are the copyrighted property of RTC, etc. That suggests that the "Purification Rundown Case Data" was authentic, as confirmed by RTC:
"The Purification Rundown is a Spiritual activity based on and administered according to the doctrine and practices of the religion of Scientology as set forth in the writings of L. Ron Hubbard and adopted by the Church. No part of the Rundown is intended as the diagnosis, prescription for, or treatment of any bodily or physical condition or ill."
This should be tattooed on the forehead of every boneheaded politician who grins and schmoozes while he waits for the ribbon cutting ceremony to begin!
