Description: NARCONON STONEHAWK

THE_SPACKLER - March 2, 2007 03:48 AM (GMT)
JUST WANTED TO SAY HELLO TO EVERYONE. I RECIEVED A COMMENT FROM
"XENUBARB" ON MY BLOG AT LIVE JOURNAL WHICH LED ME TO THIS SITE.
I SPENT OVER 100 DAYS IN THE "CARE" OF NARCONON STONEHAWK. WHEN I ARRIVED THE FACILITY WAS BARELY READY TO OPERATE AND THERE WERE ONLY TWELVE "STUDENTS" INCLUDING MYSELF. WE LIVED WITH TWO PEOPLE PER ROOM AND I'VE HEARD FROM SOURCES WHO WERE NOT ONLY STUDENTS BUT LATER BECAME EMPLOYEES THAT IT HAD GONE FROM TWO PEOPLE PER ROOM TO SIX AND SOMETIMES EIGHT... I'VE GOT A LOT MORE TO SHARE WITH YOU ALL AND WILL DO SO SOON... THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION AND I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING YOUR STORIES AS WELL...

REGARDS,

THE SPACKLER

REGARDS,

THE SPACKLER

It sounds like from your post that Stonehawk is not nearly as big as the Arrowhead facility. Arrowhead could easily accomodate 100 people. Plus they had staff living in cabins that were scattered out on the property.

It seems that I remember people were talking about how Arrowhead was on "Indian property" and that this fact gave Narconon certain priveledges. I'm wondering if Stonehawk is on "Indian land" or "federal land". Just curious.

I certainly think that Narconon will sooner than later be held liable for continuing to recruit students right out of the program and putting them to work directly with other students. Clearly these fresh graduates are not qualified in any way to work directly with clients. My experience at Arrowhead was that for every 10 clents that became staff, 5-7 of them were gone within a month. I mean if every student became staff, they would have thousands of staff working within a year. Of the 3-5 that made it a month, 2-3 would be gone within a three months. Not many stayed behind and those that did were those that had no place else to go. You know what they say about addiction; Wherever I go, there I am. You can't run and hide for ever folks.

ONCE YOU SIGN THEIR CONTRACT AND ACTUALLY GRADUATE THE PROGRAM, THEN THEY REALLY START PUSHING SCIENTOLOGY IDEOLOGY. STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE WITH THE COURSE WORK (IE, SCIENTOLOGY TEACHINGS) IF THEY WANT TO STAY EMPLOYED.

Arrowhead was on reservation land leased from the local tribe, but although narCONon did argue that the fact gave them the right to operate outside of federal and state regulations, courts ruled that that would only be the case if they were primarily treating members of the tribe. Of course, there's no big money in that.

The Stonehawk facility is a former ski resort, not indian or federal land.
